About The Role
Grampians Health Ballarat is seeking a passionate and experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic and innovative team. This part‑time, fixed‑term position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the sub‑acute rehabilitation of our geriatric and palliative care clients.
As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality physiotherapy services while providing clinical leadership, supervision, and professional development support. Your expertise will help drive contemporary clinical excellence across our sub‑acute inpatient service.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience
* Registered as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
Technical/Professional Knowledge And Skills
* A minimum of seven years' experience, with demonstrated expertise in aged care or geriatric rehabilitation, and preferably a post‑graduate qualification in a relevant clinical area of practice
* Demonstrate advanced physiotherapy assessments and interventions tailored to the needs of older adults in GEM and Gandarra. Support clients in achieving optimal physical function, pain management, and falls prevention
* Demonstrated ability to identify, implement and review quality improvement activities, and positively influence change as required
