We are seeking an experienced Junior Desktop and Network Support Specialist for a part-time role. As a vital member of our support team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless IT operations by providing exceptional desktop and network support to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-level technical support to desktop users and ensure effective troubleshooting of issues promptly to minimize downtime.
* Assist in the management and maintenance of network infrastructure to guarantee continuity and scalability.
* Utilize remote desktop software to resolve incidents efficiently and enhance user experience through proactive issue resolution.
* Manage user accounts and security settings via Active Directory, maintaining enterprise security standards and compliance.
* Perform regular maintenance and repair of hardware, ensuring readiness and functionality to support business operations.
* Administer Microsoft 365 tools and services, ensuring user access and productivity to meet business needs.
* Employ SCCM for managing software distribution, patch management, and desktop configurations to optimize system performance.
Required Skills:
* Excellent troubleshooting skills for Windows OS with attention to detail.
* Experience in Active Directory management and remote desktop software like TeamViewer.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and network configuration and diagnostics.
* Competence in hardware repair and maintenance, as well as SCCM deployment and management.
