We have an exciting opportunity to welcome an experienced HR Case Management Specialist (HR Business Partner) to our high performing HR Operational Excellence team. You will be joining a sector leading team of supportive and innovative People and Culture practitioners. Our team is enthusiastic, driven and empathetic. **About the Opportunity**
As a HR Case Management Specialist you will partner with twelve portfolios across the Department including the State Insurance Regulator (SIRA), Office of the Building Commissioner, SafeWork, Fair Trading and Births Deaths and Marriages. You will make a mark by coaching and developing leaders, managing workforce capability, partnering with leaders for case management and delivering outcome-focused solutions.

**A typical day of work for you might include**:
- Offering advice and coaching to the portfolio group on various HR matters, including but not limited to, managing conflicts, performance concerns, and grievances
- Partnering with DCS P&C; Centre's of Excellence to support the safety and wellbeing of our employees
- Developing and delivering informative and engaging training sessions to empower leaders
- Refining our service delivery to improve customer outcomes by assessing and updating methods, procedures and processes

- Demonstrated experience in case management (ideally two years plus experience)
- A customer centric and people centric mindset with strong decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
