About the role
Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to provide high level administrative support and coordination for Resident and Senior Medical Officer Workforce functions with a focus on Metro North Virtual Services.
About you
- Provide effective coordination of appointment/contract processes and other medical workforce functions including assistance with credentialing by collaborating and communicating with Senior Executives and medical workforce units across Metro North.
- Consider and assess documentation including addressing any emergent issues and maintenance of an accurate database.
- Manage external and internal relationships effectively, provide high quality support, and act as a key point of contact and resource person for all junior and senior appointments/contracts.
- Work in collaboration with the Senior Advisor - Medical Revenue and Remuneration, Senior Advisor - Medical Workforce and Education and Senior Advisors, Credentialing to ensure alignment of processes with Metro North policy and procedures and effective clinical service delivery.
- Comply with and provide accurate advice in relation to policies and procedures, regulations and standards which impact upon the process of credentialing and appointments/contracts, including regular reports.
