Investigation Specialist Role

The Position
As an Investigation Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into general insurance claims, reviewing case documentation, arranging interviews, and preparing comprehensive reports. You will work from a home office with provided training and support, promoting flexibility and autonomy.
Responsibilities
* Reviewing and analysing case documentation to identify key factors and patterns
* Arranging and conducting professional interviews to gather information and evidence
* Recording interviews using digital audio recording devices to maintain accuracy
* Inspecting incident scenes to collect valuable data and observations
* Preparing factually accurate and detailed reports to inform decision-making
Requirements
* National private security individual licence to ensure compliance
* Previous investigation experience is highly desirable
* A current driver's license and vehicle are necessary for effective scene inspection
* Advanced organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills to navigate complex cases
