We excel at running large, complex litigation, includingregulatory investigations and proceedings; class actions; as wellas corporate, commercial, infrastructure, competition and taxdisputes. An exciting opportunity exists for an Associate (1-3 PQE) tojoin our Dispute Resolution team in our Canberra office. This rolewill see you play a key role on high-profile, complex commerciallitigation, and collaborate nationally with the wider DisputeResolution team. You will work closely with highly-regarded partner Andrew Gilland other senior lawyers on complex matters whilst benefiting fromstructured training and mentoring. It is a significant careeropportunity providing the opportunity to extend yourself withchallenging, dynamic and complex legal work. About You
You bring strong technical expertise and previous relevantexperience, but there is much more to you. You: have a high level of expertise in dispute resolution; work well to meet deadlines and in a team, but also excelworking autonomously on tasks appropriate for your experiencelevel; have strong communication and interpersonal skills thatenable you to foster and build productive working relationshipswith colleagues and clients; take a collaborative, positive and energetic approach toeverything you do; and have 1-3 years PQE commercial litigation experience inprivate practice.
