About this position:
The Treasury Management Operations Officer role is responsible for administrative support for all Commercial Lending and Business Banking Members with active LMCU Treasury Management products and services. Works with Treasury Management and Commercial Lenders to strengthen existing member relationships. Is considered the subject matter expert on the products and services of the Treasury Management Department and will work with management to support and provide the best‐in‐class financial services in support of the Credit Union.
What you'll do:
* Respond to member issues including business bill pay, customer emails, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture and troubleshooting, etc. Escalate member issues to the Director of Treasury Management Operations as necessary. Provide member phone/technical support for online banking and mobile banking including first‐time login experience, unlocking login credentials, password resets, etc.
* Provide member onboarding training and ongoing member support, in addition to support of the Treasury Management sales team. Act as a resource regarding cash management, online wire services, ACH and Report Deposit Capture services, including troubleshooting with member as necessary.
* Maintain strong knowledge of the features and functionality of Business online banking, mobile banking, business bill payment system, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Wire Transfer services and ACH services.
* Assist with training new and existing employees on updates to services (online banking, remote deposit capture, bill pay, etc.) and changes to procedures.
* Assist with the creation of procedures and job aids for new and updated processes, policies and services to ensure operational efficiency.
* Perform duties specific to the position and other functions as assigned.
* Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

What You'll Bring:
* Three plus years related experience specializing in customer service with an aptitude for complex relationship management.
* High School Diploma; college degree not required but preferred.
* Proficiency with basic technology solutions: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM, mobile and online banking systems, and digital communication tools (email/Outlook, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
* Strong written, verbal, and mathematical skills; decision‐making skills with the ability to multi‐task and prioritize workflow. Knowledge of Federal Reserve regulations related to cash services and knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti‐Money Laundering Act, Office of Foreign Asset Control and related laws and regulations.
* Excellent telephone and member service etiquette along with time management, organizational, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and work independently.
* High level of trust, credibility and diplomacy required. In-depth dialogues, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors may involve sensitive or highly confidential matters. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance.
