Responsibilities: Overseeing the effective day-to-day running of the small office. Reviewing, developing, and implementing policies and procedures across all offices. Managing and supporting a small team member. Managing a local portfolio of properties. Overseeing compliance with all relevant legislation, including the Real Estate and Business Agents Act. Supporting business strategy, system integration, and operational improvement. Utilising PropertyMe and IRE software. The Successful Candidate: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior property management or operations leadership role. Strong knowledge of the Real Estate and Business Agents Act and relevant QLD legislation. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team in a fast-paced environment. Highly organised with excellent problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with a professional, approachable, and solutions-focused attitude.
