About the Role
You will play an essential role in supporting airport operations, handling daily flight service activities, assisting with office administration, and contributing to marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth station operations and an enhanced passenger experience.
Position Overview
- Flight Operations Support – Provide daily flight handling in accordance with flight schedules, including supervising ground handling agents during check-in, coordinating crew transport, baggage enquiries, and crew-related arrangements after flight resumption.
- Administrative Support – Assist with general office administration at the airport, including document management, scheduling, meeting organisation, and other administrative duties when flights are not operating.
- Station Representation – Act as the on-site company representative, collaborating with airport stakeholders and departments to resolve operational issues and ensure service quality and operational safety.
- Marketing Support – Assist in local marketing activities, including market research, planning and execution of promotional events, and customer service programs to enhance brand visibility and passenger satisfaction.
- Work Arrangements – Full-time contract based on station flight schedules, with a standard working week of 38 hours.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent command of both Chinese and English (spoken and written), with robust teamwork and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse colleagues and airport stakeholders.
- Previous airport operations experience is preferred; ability to work shifts on weekends and public holidays, and undertake overtime during flight disruptions.
- Strong organisational skills, resilience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while performing reliably under pressure.
- Quick learner with problem-solving and adaptability skills, capable of updating knowledge and processes promptly and making compliant decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service, safety, and security, with the ability to remain professional and empathetic in challenging situations.
- Physically and mentally fit to perform operational duties and able to meet medical and security clearance requirements.
- Ability to successfully complete a company-arranged background check and obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card); must hold a valid local driver’s licence.
