The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for gardening and landscaping, as well as transferable people skills such as customer service or working with individuals with disabilities. They should also possess a chemical handling certificate, an NDIS worker screening check, and a valid Victorian driver's license.
Responsibilities include supervising and supporting a team offsite, reading and following technical instructions or landscaping drawings, and safely performing manual handling tasks. The successful candidate will also need to listen actively and communicate with empathy, respect, and professionalism.
