About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at SwitchCars in Welshpool, WA. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their experience with our company.
What you'll be doing
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner
* Troubleshoot customer issues, identify solutions, and provide accurate and timely resolutions
* Process customer orders, returns, and transactions with attention to detail
* Maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and policies to effectively address customer needs
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
