Iconic Australian brand is seeking a Project Co-ordinator / Junior PM to work across varied concurrent projects.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
* Project Delivery: support the successful, safe delivery of deliverables, balancing time, resources, scope, and quality requirements.
* Project Governance: support in building and maintain governance & reporting for allocated projects.
* Implement Project Controls: support ensuring project controls (schedule, cost, risk) are in place to manage the delivery.
* Support: Provide support to leaders & team member to enable project outcomes.
* Problem-Solving: remove roadblocks through innovation, curiosity, and effective problem-solving techniques.
* Stakeholder Communication: Assist maintaining active and transparent communication across the ecosystem, including partners, to ensure alignment.
* Project administration: including, but not limited to, keeping our data updated, raising and managing POs, keeping minutes, scheduling meetings, assisting with group meetings/ team events, managing Google folders
* Support Excellence: support development & implementation of improvements to project controls, systems, tools, and templates, to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
The right person will have experience supporting multiple concurrent projects and he highly organised and efficient.
This will commence a 6 month day rate contract with the opportunity to extend and potentially move into a PM role.
Will pay $600 - $700 + super / day, depending on previous experience.
The role will require 3 days per week in Bella Vista office.
