About Us

At Prestige Inhome Care, we\'re not just a care provider; we\'re a family dedicated to making lives better by keeping people in the comfort of their homes for the past 20 years.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Team Lead (RN) to provide day-to-day leadership, clinical oversight, and operational support to our community nursing workforce.

Based in our Moorabbin Head Office and working part-time (30 hours per week), this role is ideal for a clinically confident Registered Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting others to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

Working closely with the Clinical Services Manager and broader Client Services team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting clinical excellence across a diverse range of community-based services, while mentoring and guiding nurses across the business.

Responsibilities
* Provide clinical leadership, supervision, coaching and operational support to the nursing workforce
* Support safe and consistent delivery of community-based clinical care services
* Act as a key escalation point for clinical issues, incidents and complex care needs
* Assist with workforce planning, onboarding and competency sign-off processes
* Support clinical compliance, medication management and high-risk service oversight
* Provide guidance and support to nursing staff delivering wound care, palliative care, catheter care, enteral feeding and other complex supports
* Promote person-centred, evidence-informed practice across the clinical workforce
* Build strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders
* Participate in the clinical on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as required
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and clinical quality outcomes
About You

You're an experienced Registered Nurse with strong clinical capability and a genuine passion for leading and developing others. You bring a calm, solutions-focused approach and enjoy working collaboratively to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients and teams alike.

You will bring
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Previous leadership or team supervision experience
* Experience within community, aged care or home-based care settings
* Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
* Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and support clinical staff
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
* Confidence managing clinical escalations, incidents and complex care situations
* Proficiency using client management systems and Microsoft Office
* Current Victorian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
