Our Commercial Broker Business Development team builds and maintains relationships with commercial brokers to drive business growth.

What role will you play?
Working with our dedicated business banking team you will use your sales and commercial credit knowledge to develop strategic relationships with commercial brokers, positioning Macquarie's business banking and commercial lending solutions.
A background in credit or a similar commercial lending role will enable you to effectively manage a portfolio of brokers to successfully qualify, educate and convert broker opportunities to promote growth and generate positive business outcomes.
Your key deliverables will include achieving monthly sales targets, conversions, quality, compliance, and KYC.
You will also work closely with our various industry and banking segments to deliver exceptional broker and client experiences.
What You Offer
Experience in a sales environment, within financial services with strong commercial credit and analytical skills
Self-motivated, goal oriented and a proactive approach
Strong communication skills and a learning mindset
Pipeline, relationship and stakeholder management skills with a track record in delivering results
A desire for maintaining and strengthening existing relationships as well as developing new business
