Maryborough Hospital is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Systems Administrator (myHR) to join our Workforce Services team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, improving systems, and supporting staff across a busy healthcare environment. The Business Systems Administrator (myHR) is responsible for the effective management, maintenance, and optimisation of the myHR system and related workforce applications. You will provide expert advice, troubleshoot system issues and ensure data integrity to support efficient workforce operations.

Your opportunity:
* As part of the WBHHS Workforce team, the Business System Administrator (myHR) will support Employees and Line Managers with the myHR workflow solution through the provision of advice and expertise in relation to the forms workflow system and local business processes and practices.
Temporary Full Time (76 hours p.f.) from date of appointment until 31st December 2026 with the possibility of extension.

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $114,177 p.a., comprising salary between $90,832 - $100,071 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO4) (Temporary Full Time, 76 hours p.f., from date of appointment until 31st December 2026 with the possibility of extension) (Applications will remain current for 12 months).
