Job Title: Support Coordinator
This position can be worked out of our Maitland, Newcastle, or Central Coast hub.
About the Role:
* As a Support Coordinator at Everyday Independence, no two days will be the same. You'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless coordination and execution of therapy sessions.
The role includes:
* Utilizing scheduling software to coordinate participant appointments.
* Rescheduling sessions if a practitioner or participant is unable to attend a scheduled session.
* Onboarding new participants and explaining how we deliver services.
* Completing risk assessments and documenting identified risks.
* Maintaining accurate service agreements for participants.
* Attending regular team meetings to share knowledge and best practices.
* Collaborating with the administration team to complete tasks efficiently.
* Providing exceptional customer service via phone, in person, and via email.
Key Responsibilities:
* Experience with scheduling or rostering systems.
* 2–3 years' experience in administration with a focus on customer service.
* Effective management of client databases and practice administration systems.
* Consistently meeting or exceeding customer needs and expectations.
* Setting clear priorities and focusing on task completion.
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Positively contributing as a member of a team.
* Approaching challenges with a 'can-do' attitude.
* Being adaptable and change ready.
Requirements:
Experience with Skedulo is highly desirable.
