We're looking for a dynamic Sponsorship & Events Partner to help bring our partnerships and events to life - strengthening our brand, deepening community relationships and creating meaningful engagement for our people and stakeholders.

About the Role

This is a pivotal role within our Marketing & Communications team, responsible for managing key sponsorship partnerships and delivering exceptional internal and external events.

You'll ensure we maximise the value of our sponsorship investments, build strong partner relationships and deliver events that reflect our brand standards and values. From activation planning to on-the-ground event execution, you'll play a central role in creating experiences that connect our brand with our people and community.

This is a contract role for a period of 12 months with a possibility of extension.

What You'll Be Doing

Sponsorship Management & Partner Engagement

* Manage day-to-day relationships with sponsorship partners, acting as the primary contact for partnership activities.
* Oversee and coordinate all sponsorship activation opportunities to ensure alignment with brand values and engagement goals.
* Support the implementation of sponsorship deliverables and benefits.
* Ensure sponsorship commitments are fulfilled and effectively communicated internally and externally.
* Develop and implement activation plans that support owner and employee participation and community visibility.
* Develop activation plans that maximise brand exposure and partner value.
* Liaise with internal teams to integrate sponsorship benefits into wider brand or engagement initiatives.
* Coordinate reporting and performance reviews for all sponsorship activities.

Internal Communications & Engagement

* Develop and execute internal communication plans to support sponsorship and internal engagement initiatives.
* Collaborate with internal departments to create opportunities for participation and drive awareness and engagement with partner activities.
* Collect and share stories, highlights and outcomes from sponsorship activities to reinforce internal engagement and pride.
* Provide updates, key messages, and campaign assets to internal stakeholders.
* Gather internal feedback and insights to support future partnership activation strategies.

Event Coordination

* Plan, organise and deliver company events including conferences and community engagements.
* Lead the end-to-end coordination of events, including partner events, activations, corporate functions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
* Manage event logistics such as venue sourcing, supplier management, run sheets, briefing notes, RSVP management, and onsite execution.
* Ensure events reflect brand standards and deliver an exceptional stakeholder experience.

Planning & Performance

* Coordinate the production of promotional materials, signage, merchandise, and digital content required for sponsorships and events.
* Collaborate with the broader Marketing & Brand team on integrated campaigns and cross-channel activity as required.
* Track, analyse, and report on engagement outcomes, ROI, and key metrics.

What You'll Bring

* Experience in sponsorship management, brand partnerships, events or stakeholder engagement (ideally within a corporate or consumer-facing brand).
* A strong understanding of how sponsorships contribute to reputation, customer perception and employee pride.
* Proven ability to plan and deliver events end-to-end.
* Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Confidence engaging and influencing internal stakeholders and external partners.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* A genuine passion for delivering high-quality brand and event experiences.
