The Role
1. Assisting a Senior PM with capped and manageable portfolio
2. Liaising with landlords and tenants
3. Completing Routine, Entry and Exit inspections and reporting as required
4. Overseeing leases and lease renewals
5. Repairs & maintenance
6. Cloud-based software
The Candidate
1. 6 + months of previous Property Management experience
2. QLD Certificate of Registration
3. Attention to detail
4. Strong organisational skills
5. Solid written & verbal communication skills
6. Outstanding telephone manner & time management
7. Corporate presentation
8. Valid driver's license
