Role Type: Full-time or part time with flexible shifts between 6.30am – 6.00pm. Your Role
As a valued part of the team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, inspiring, and engaging environment for children.
- Develop and implement play-based programs that foster exploration and learning
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support the emotional, social, and cognitive development of each child
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and supportive team culture
- Share your strengths, ideas, and creativity in a workplace where your voice matters

Whether you are fully qualified or currently studying towards your Diploma, we will provide the support and guidance needed for you to succeed in this role.
Your Qualifications
- Diploma Qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent), or Working towards a Diploma qualification with a commitment to ongoing learning
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
