What You'll Be Doing
* Analyse and improve business processes
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders
* Document business requirements and workflows
* Develop 'as is' and 'to be' process maps
* Support change initiatives and implementation
* Prepare business cases and project reports
* Evaluate current state and design future solutions
* Ensure alignment with strategic goals
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for digital transformation. You'll ideally bring:
* Tertiary qualification in IT or business
* Industry certification (e.g. PMI-PBA, PRINCE2, AgileBA)
* Strong skills in process analysis and mapping
* Proven ability to drive business improvements
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
* Experience in medium to large organisations
* Ability to prepare business cases and reports
* National Police Clearance (under 3 months)
