We're seeking a Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth processing of inbound sales orders and supporting our national sales team with CRM data management. You'll be the go-to person for both internal and external stakeholders, helping bridge the gap between our products, services, and our valued clients.


Key Responsibilities

* Accurately record, process, and verify inbound sales orders in collaboration with the Sales team
* Maintain and manage the sales order email inbox
* Assist with new lead management and CRM data updates
* Act as the primary contact for external customers, ensuring strong relationships and service continuity
* Coordinate with internal teams (Project Managers, Accounts Receivable, Contracts) to raise deposit invoices and manage bank guarantees
* Prepare scheduled reports on sales order metrics including conversion rates and quotation levels
* Liaise with Sales and Project Managers to process order variations
* Set up new customers and update existing profiles in SAP, including background checks
* Contribute to the development of systems, processes, and policies

Qualifications & Experience

* Relevant experience in manufacturing, construction, or contracts (preferred but not essential)
* Familiarity with ERP systems—SAP experience highly regarded
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email platforms
