About the Role:
Due to continued growth and internal movements, an exciting opportunity has become available within the Accounts team:
Accounts Receivable Officer – Permanent, Full Time
The role will assist the Financial Controller and Accountant, following sound accounting practices and ensuring the smooth operation of financial and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily accounting routines within the Administration Department.
- Record and report financial transactions accurately and on time.
- Manage receipts and debtor payments.
- Reconcile and process daily bank statements across multiple accounts.
- Complete various general ledger reconciliations as directed.
- Assist with stock management and processing
- Act as a key point of contact between sales staff, customers, and suppliers.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in accounts payable and/or receivable.
- Ability to complete multiple bank reconciliations daily.
- Exceptional attention to detail with fast and accurate data entry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Professional and confident phone manner with excellent customer and supplier relationship management.
- Proactive problem-solving ability and initiative to work independently.
- Current full driver’s licence required.
