With excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, you are confident working in a fast-paced, regulated environment while building positive relationships across operational teams and ensuring compliance, accuracy and high-quality customer service.

You'll bring

* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies and identify process improvements;
* Experience interpreting and applying contractual terms, fee structures and legislative requirements with strong attention to detail;
* Proficiency in any ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to support reporting, reconciliation and data integrity;
* A professional, empathetic and customer-focused approach when engaging with customers, families and stakeholders; and
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes within a fast-paced, regulated environment.
What you'll get at VMCH

* Competitive salary with access to not‐for‐profit salary packaging to increase take‐home pay
* Hybrid working and flexible arrangements
* Ongoing professional development and access to learning opportunities
* A supportive, collaborative technology team that values quality and continuous improvement
* Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your immediate family
* A strong focus on wellbeing, inclusion and work‐life balance

At VMCH, your work supports people to live with dignity, purpose and connection — and your career grows alongside it.

If this sounds like the right next step for you, we'd love to hear from you.
