Job Description: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Networking & Unified Communications

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports to: Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) with a true hunter mentality to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth across our Networking and Unified Communications portfolio. This role is focused on building pipeline from scratch, opening doors into net-new accounts, and converting opportunities into long-term strategic customers.

You will be selling enterprise-grade solutions across Networking, Network Security and Unified Communications, working with leading vendors including Cisco, Aruba (HPE), Juniper, Fortinet and Palo Alto Networks. This is a front-line growth role for someone who thrives on prospecting, winning new business, and consistently exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the full new business lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation and close
* Drive net-new logo acquisition across SMB and Mid-Market / Enterprise accounts
* Build and execute a structured hunter-style sales plan to create and progress pipeline
* Engage C-level and senior IT stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CISO, Head of Infrastructure, Network Managers)
* Lead customer discovery sessions to uncover technical and business drivers
* Work closely with pre-sales, engineering and vendor partners to build winning solutions
* Manage accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting and CRM hygiene
* Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets

* Solutions: LAN/WAN, WiFi, SD-WAN, Unified Communications & Collaboration

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience as a BDM / New Business Sales Executive / Hunter
* Strong background selling Networking, Infrastructure, Cyber Security or Unified Communications solutions
* Demonstrated success in net-new logo acquisition and cold business development
* Experience working with at least some of the following vendors:
* Track record of hitting and exceeding targets
* Highly commercial with strong negotiation and closing skills
* Comfortable engaging at C-level and senior technical level
* Self-driven, resilient, competitive and outcome-focused
