Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth within the industrial equipment sector.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement impactful sales campaigns and promotions.
Provide regular sales forecasting and performance reports to senior management.
Lead sales meetings, provide training, and foster a high-performance culture within the sales team.
Identify and develop key business opportunities within existing and new markets.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams in the industrial equipment sector.
Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles within the industrial equipment market, including customer acquisition, market research, and competitor analysis.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth and achieving targets.
