Warehouse & Customer Service Coordinator
We are a premium women's fashion brand in our 14th year of business seeking an experienced Warehouse & Customer Service Coordinator who understands that in fashion, every detail matters.
This is not a warehouse-only role. It is a brand-critical position.
You will ensure every garment leaves perfectly folded, quality-checked and beautifully presented — while also delivering thoughtful, solutions-focused customer service that reflects a premium shopping experience.
We are looking for someone who has worked in both structured, high-volume environments and smaller, fast-moving businesses — someone who values process and efficiency, but also understands the importance of care, precision and personalisation.
The Role
You will play a key part in ensuring every order is prepared thoughtfully, dispatched efficiently and delivered with care.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Picking, packing and dispatching online orders
* Folding and preparing garments to a premium standard
* Ensuring presentation aligns with brand expectations
* Coordinating freight bookings and managing courier communication
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
* Managing returns and exchanges with empathy and efficiency
* Maintaining accurate inventory and dispatch records
* Warehouse location management
* Receipting inward goods into warehouse/shopify systems
* Managing workflow and outputs to achieve daily dispatch KPIs
About You
You are someone who:
* Has previous experience in women's fashion (essential)
* Has comprehensive understanding of CRM systems, Shopify and warehouse management systems (WMS)
* Has hands‐on experience folding and preparing garments
* Understands garment care and quality presentation
* Brings 3+ years' experience in dispatch, fulfilment or logistics
* Has customer service experience and communicates warmly and professionally
* Is organised, calm and solutions-focused
* Enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive team
