This is a unique chance to contribute to our organization's digital transformation as a Business Analyst. You will provide process analysis support to the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Stakeholder Management: Work with various stakeholders, including HR, Payroll, and Talent Management teams, to implement a system aligned with business processes.
* Testing: Assist the HXM team with testing coordination and completion, documenting outcomes and managing issues.
* Training: Leverage expertise developed during testing to assist with the deployment of SuccessFactors, providing end-user training and support.
Qualifications and Skills
* We seek professionals with post-graduate work experience, aspirations towards broader roles in business management, and relevant skills and experience for this position.
* Prior experience implementing HR Systems, working with SAP SuccessFactors (preferable), sound business acumen, and well-developed verbal and written communication skills are essential.
