About The Role
Your core responsibilities will include:
* Leading all aspects of financial management for the contract, from budget preparation and forecasting to monthly journal entries and variance reporting & analysis.
* Managing lease accounting, including the application of IFRS 16.
* Interpreting and reviewing financial information.
* Overseeing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processes.
* Ensuring SOX compliance.
* Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* Collaborating with the client's corporate finance team and our internal Leasing & Facilities Management teams.
* Leading, developing, and mentoring a small team.
What You'll Bring
You are a finance leader with experience delivering financial outcomes. You'll have:
* Experience in a comprehensive financial management role
* Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
* Knowledge of lease accounting principles, including IFRS 16.
* An understanding of SOX compliance requirements.
* A focus on process improvement and the ability to implement changes.
* Collaboration and communication skills, enabling engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to lead and develop a team.
* Analytical skills to translate financial data into clear presentations.
