ONCALL SACARE is currently seeking an IT Systems Administrator to join our team on a 6 month Fixed term contract, based in our Adelaide head office in Broadview. In this role you will provide IT support across a broad range of ICT systems and processes, ensuring the continuity of organisational ICT services and contributing to ICT projects.
Your key duties will include:
* Setting up of new users, desk setup/relocation.
* Installing and configuring of Facilities/House office setups including hardware, software, networks, printers.
* Ensuring all staff have an appropriate, authorised, and uninterrupted access to internal systems and resource.
* Supporting relevant internal applications and integrations.
* Monitoring network and application performance and IT security.
* Prioritising and escalating service tickets to ensure timely resolution.
You will bring:
* Experience in managing IT infrastructure and services, ideally in a role where a variety of responsibilities were present.
* Strong customer focus, with ability to understand customer objectives, requirements, and constraints.
* Proficiency in coordinating system/network support, maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated and proactive problem-solving skills.
* Driver's Licence
