Key duties include:
* Develop new business across mining, mineral processing, water infrastructure, OEMs, engineering firms, power generation and heavy industrial sectors.

* Identify opportunities for custom castings, wear components, and engineered improvements based on site challenges and equipment performance.
* Conduct site visits across refineries, smelters, mine sites and industrial facilities to understand problems, measure wear conditions and propose solutions.
* Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams on the east coast to scope, design and deliver tailored casting solutions.
* Manage the sales cycle end-to-end, including quoting, forecasting, pipeline management and customer communication.
* Grow WA revenue by leveraging existing accounts while actively opening new doors across established and emerging sectors.
* Act as the WA representative, maintaining strong communication with head office, sharing market intelligence and driving strategic direction for the region.

* Genuine long-term growth, career security, and the ability to make a meaningful impact.
