Brightt is a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) registered provider that offers Behaviour Therapy and other therapeutic services.
We are a growing small business supporting individuals with behavioural needs across South Australia, Queensland, Victoria, and Northern Territory.
The Role
The Executive Manager, Corporate, reporting directly to the Managing Director, will collaborate with the Managing Director and Business Manager to ensure Brightt delivers its services effectively and efficiently.
The Executive Manager, Corporate, oversees supplier and partnership arrangements, ensuring that business and service partnerships, as well as stakeholder contracts, adhere to the following principles:
Service level agreements are established
Value for money is achieved
Brightt's mission, values, and goals are upheld
Compliance with funding service contract obligations is maintained
Mutual program, service, and business benefits are identified where relevant
Values and interests of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities are promoted
Internally, the Executive Manager, Corporate, is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of the business, including:
Timely processing of fee invoicing and debtor collections
Managing administrative staff and assisting Team Leaders of clinical staff
Identifying and recommending suitable suppliers
Managing Brightt's physical offices and administrative expenses
The Successful Candidate
Possesses relevant qualifications, including a Bachelor Degree or Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Human Resources, or a related field
Has demonstrated experience in managing contracts, financial and program reporting, budgeting, and business planning
Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills
Has proven people and team management experience
Possesses well-developed communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
Can build strong partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, service providers, and government departments
Is capable of working independently with sound judgment while being a team player
Experience in community development or consultative frameworks is advantageous
Understanding of the health and community service system to support at-risk populations and build resilience is desirable
Demonstrates a genuine commitment to the organization's mission and values
Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities is preferred
Committed to complying with business policies and the NDIS code of conduct
Mandatory Criteria
Satisfactory National Police Record Check
Satisfactory Working with Children Check
Satisfactory NDIS worker clearance
Legal right to work in Australia without restrictions
Special Conditions
This role is primarily office-based; regular attendance in Adelaide is expected, with travel within Australia as required
Brightt will cover accommodation and travel expenses per policies
The role requires flexibility and responsiveness to behavioural support needs nationwide
