Due to an internal promotion we’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Supply Excellence & Senior Industrial Engineering Manager to join our iconic Ballarat site — home to legendary favorites like Maltesers, Snickers, and M&M’s !

What’s the opportunity?
As Supply Excellence & Senior Industrial Engineering Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in our long-term success. You’ll:
* Manage a team of dedicated professionals
* Lead the implementation of our Continuous Improvement (CI) Excellence Framework
* Partner with the Plant Director to co-develop and drive site strategy in alignment with regional goals
* Shape our capital investment strategy and assess site capacity for the future
* Lead and coach the Focused Improvement (FI) pillar as part of the MSE program
* Champion efficiency, innovation, and collaborative culture
* Drive transformational initiatives to meet strategic labour and performance goals
* Empower teams through impactful coaching and training programs

What makes you a great fit?
* You’re an experienced CI leader or Industrial Engineer with a passion for manufacturing excellence.
* You bring strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence at all levels.
* University Degree in Industrial Engineering or Engineering or Business Administration. ·
* Relevant experience in Production or Finance area as a minimum requirement for professional experience
* Relevant working experience in a production/TPM environment.
* Previous Line Management experience ideal.
