Keeping our customers informed during their new car purchase journey
Deliver the features and benefits to customers – taking them through their new car deliveries
This role requires you to sell new vehicles via email, over the phone and face to face.
Ensuring the Sales Process is followed from Lead Management through to completed deal packs, understanding the process and the value of each step.
Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all departments – F&I, Car Care.
Understanding and being responsive to customers' needs with a "nothing's a problem" attitude.
Ensuring customers have a memorable guest experience as they take possession of their brand-new vehicle.
The successful applicant will possess:
Previous sales experience in any industry
Ability to meet KPI's and targets
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Have a valid driver's license
A great attitude looking for opportunities to exceed customer and management expectations whilst relishing challenge
