About This Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Quality Professional to join our team. As the Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the establishment and maintenance of quality systems and processes across Residential Aged Care homes in Tasmania.
Key responsibilities include driving continuous improvement to enhance resident care and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for facilitating audits, monitoring compliance, and collaborating with leadership to address non-compliance.
About You
* You have experience as a Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse or other Health Professional with a minimum of 3 years' experience within the aged care sector.
* You possess high-level interpersonal and influencing skills, including the ability to foster effective working relationships with line managers and gain co-operation in the development and implementation of processes and projects.
* You have a proven ability in quality management and regulatory compliance using a team building approach through mentoring, support, and staff development.
