As a Tapas Chef / Cook, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a variety of authentic and innovative tapas dishes
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and refine the tapas menu
* Ensure efficient and timely service, maintaining high standards of food presentation and quality
* Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene practices
* Assist in managing kitchen operations, including inventory, stock control, and budget management
* Foster a positive and collaborative team environment in the kitchen
* Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, expand culinary skills, and enhance the customer experience
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Tapas Chef / Cook, with a strong background in Spanish/Mediterranean cuisine
* A passion for using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create delicious and visually appealing tapas dishes
* Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the kitchen and front‐of‐house teams
