The modern and compliant 65‐bed residential aged care facility provides a welcoming, homelike workplace for older people with low care, high care, respite and memory‐support needs.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to high quality, resident focused care
- Provide safe, evidence‐based care
- Document resident assessments and care planning in accordance with regulatory standards
- Proactively address clinical issues and contribute to a safe responsive care environment
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to deliver seamless person‐centred care
Qualifications
- Clinically strong, confident in providing safe, evidence‐based care
- Experience in resident assessments, care planning and documentation that meets regulatory standards
- Proactive at addressing clinical issues and contributing to a safe responsive care environment
- Articulate natural communicator who collaborates with all stakeholders invested in delivery of seamless person‐centred care
- Committed to excellence, with a desire to continually improve practice and outcomes
- Empathetic and kind, treating residents and families as you would your own
- Values‐driven, showing respect, dignity and compassion in every interaction
- Emotionally intelligent. Understands the needs, fears and hopes of older people
- Current AHPRA Enrolled Nurse Registration
- Current medication endorsement will be highly regarded
- Minimum of one year experience as an Enrolled Nurse in aged care
