Job Title: Contract Administration Specialist
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective delivery of project outcomes.
* Participate in project meetings to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
* Support procurement activities through tender management and contract negotiation.
* Manage all contract documentation, including budget analysis and cash flow reporting.
* Attend site assessments to verify progress claims and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Key qualifications include:
* Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying, or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in industrial projects exceeding $20 million in value.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
* Ability to work effectively with tradespeople, suppliers, consultants, and external parties.
