We are looking for Personal Care Assistants to join our team. We offer a variety of shifts including morning, afternoon, and night shifts across the week. As part of a dedicated team who work hard to create a safe, home-like environment you'll be responsible for:
Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing
Supporting day-to-day tasks such as eating and social activities
Working with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed
Maintaining documentation and working as part of a team to ensure our residents' health and wellbeing are optimised
Providing high quality service to families and the community
To be successful in this role you'll need
A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
Med comp certificate preferred
A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
Good communication skills
A reliable team player
Understanding of workplace health and safety
Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
