A role for lawyers who want breadth, autonomy and real client work
If you enjoy working across matters, building client relationships and seeing transactions through from start to finish, this role will speak to you.
This practice is deliberately broad and hands‐on. The lawyers here are trusted advisors — not siloed specialists — and the work reflects that. A role in this well established and respected firm will see you involved in:
* Residential and commercial property transactions (including developments and off‐the‐plan work)
* Commercial and retail leasing, including Retail Leases Act (Vic) matters
* Sale and purchase of businesses
* Drafting and advising on commercial contracts
* Direct client contact and genuine responsibility from day one
This is a role where you'll see the whole matter, not just a small piece of it.
The role will suit lawyers who:
* Have 2–5 years PQE in commercial and/or property law
* Enjoy variety and being a commercial all‐rounder
* Think practically and commercially
* Want quality work without unnecessary hierarchy or politics
The firm has a young, collegiate, down‐to‐earth culture and they're the type of firm where lawyers tend to stay.
