About the Role:
As our next Residential Property Manager, you'll support our dynamic team and be part of a fun environment where you can grow and thrive. Your busy day will include, but not be limited to:
Nurturing existing client relationships between landlords, tenants, and contractors
Managing a growing portfolio of properties
Carrying out routine inspections
Conducting entry and exit condition reports
Maintaining and managing all necessary compliance requirements
Attending industry and networking events to build relationships within the community
What We're Looking For:
Previous real estate experience (preferred)
A current QLD Real Estate License and a current driver’s license
Highly driven with a structured work ethic and a hunger to achieve
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Immaculately polished with a confident and mature demeanor
The ability to work unsupervised and to deadlines
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Publisher)
