Therapeutic Support Worker

Our community-driven organization seeks passionate and experienced individuals to join our team as Therapeutic Support Workers, offering emotional support and building resilience in those who need it most.
The role involves providing crucial day-to-day care as part of a therapeutic support team, focusing on the well-being and safety of our clients.
We require a Certificate III in Community Services or equivalent and demonstrated knowledge of issues related to trauma, attachment, and relationship difficulties.
* Certificate III in Community Services or equivalent (desirable)
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of issues related to people who have experienced trauma, attachment and relationship difficulties.
* Demonstrated ability to be innovative, flexible, reliable and work autonomously
* Demonstrates and understands relevant regulatory procedures in identifying hazards, reporting risk and/or compliance related issues
* Working with Children Check (WWCC)
* National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
* Driver's Licence
