Your new role
In this exciting new role, you will be:
- Delivering a broad range of projects end-to-end.
- Acting as an escalation point for the level 1 & 2 IT support team.
- Developing and maintaining documentation to outline best practice and processes.
- Conducting research & development tasks on the latest solutions.
- Ensure stability, improvement and security of infrastructure.
- Maintaining and optimising IT infrastructure.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in project delivery and management of cloud & on-prem Infrastructure.
- Proven experience with Azure, Intune, Office 365, Windows Server, Hyper-V / VMware and Network troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Tertiary education in Information Technology, as well as Microsoft, Azure, VMware and ITIL certifications are highly advantageous.
- Full work rights within Australia.
