We are currently seeking a compassionateOccupational Therapist to join our Clarence Estate Home Care team in Albany on either a part-time or full-time basis.
About the role
As Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for undertaking cognitive assessments (eg MOCA, HDS-R and MMSE) and seating prescriptions for our Home Care clients, aimed to improve their independence, social participation and engagement in meaningful occupations.
Your well-honed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills are easily demonstrated when you work in an inter-disciplinary team, as well as when making meaningful connections with aged care residents and clients.
What you'll bring
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with AHPRA registration
Membership with OT Australia or WA Assoc.
