The primary responsibility of this role is to provide repair and preventative maintenance services for all Hach Process and Laboratory Analytical equipment, while promoting customer satisfaction and expanding maintenance contracts across the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Use ISO work instructions to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on all Hach equipment.
* Collaborate with the Service team and sales staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Provide phone support to customers during visits and travel.
* Work independently with motivation and initiative.
* Promote service agreements and new equipment upgrades.
* Determine billing amounts within established charges.
* Submit accurate service reports affecting billing, inventory, and equipment history.
* Travel extensively within New South Wales and interstate.
Other Non-Essential Functions:
* Work as part of the team to meet objectives.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
