About This Role
We're seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Workers.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.
As a Personal Care Worker, you'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans that meet their unique requirements.
You'll also be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet clients' unique needs and preferences
* Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (or willingness to obtain)
* Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Drivers Licence and comprehensively insured private vehicle (we encourage candidates to still apply if they have other transport options)
* First Aid and CPR certification
* COVID 19 Vaccinations
