Key Responsibilities
Lead month-end reporting, financial analysis, and management reporting to provide clear insights that guide strategic decisions.
Oversee cash flow, treasury, and FX management, ensuring the business maximises resources and opportunities.
Mentor, motivate, and develop a high-performing team that thrives on collaboration and accountability.
Streamline processes, strengthen internal controls, and drive continuous improvement across finance functions.
Deliver key reports and analysis for the parent company in China, ensuring seamless cross-border collaboration.
Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and drive business growth.
Required Skills & Experience
CA/CPA qualified with min 3+ years of financial management experience.
Fluent in
Mandarin
(verbal and written) for reporting and collaboration with the parent company.
Expertise in P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow management.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
