About the Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and daily operations of the restaurant. Your duties will include:
Leading, inspiring and developing a team to deliver exceptional service
Managing rostering, payroll input, and labour costs in line with budgets
Overseeing stock control, ordering, and supplier management
Ensuring food safety, workplace health & safety, and compliance standards are met
Driving sales, managing costs and delivering strong financial results
Handling customer feedback and ensuring a positive dining experience
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment at all times

What We’re Looking For
A positive, energetic and hands-on attitude
Strong leadership and people management skills
Ability to work across weekdays, weekends and peak travel times
Previous management experience in hospitality or quick service restaurants
