Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dubbo, NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage budgeted sales, service charges and customer growth targets.
* Develop and implement an annual training plan for staff.
* Recruit, lead, retain and develop a motivated team.
* Manage and supervise team members, including performance management.
* Assist the Regional Transport Manager as needed.
Requirements:
* Strong customer service and sound business acumen.
* Experience in the transport and operations industry is highly regarded.
* Minimum of 2 years' solid experience in managing direct reports.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to travel between Dubbo and Orange centres.
* Current valid driver's licence with a clean driving history.
* Pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
* Possess a clean national police clearance.
* Reside locally in Dubbo, NSW.
