A Customer-Facing Position
* Meet customer demands with efficient, responsive and accurate field/shop/on-site maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to the manager with proper documentation.
2. Perform routine maintenance of Canon-supported products in accordance with Service and Parts Standards.
3. Maintain all technical information, field service reports and expense reports accurately.
4. Develop strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
5. Ensure the performance of assigned machines meets operational standards.
6. Foster a culture that supports the achievement of branch/district metric targets.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
* A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
* A basic understanding of internet environments and ability to complete a 120-day introductory period and PDIF new-hire class.
* A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for frequent travel.
* The ability to obtain necessary security clearances for customer premises access.
* The physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active more than 50% of the time.
