An excellent opportunity has become available for an Occupational Therapist, to join a well respected Centre in Cambridge (CB2).
The job role is to work as a Occupational Therapist within GP Practice to support patients on long term sick.
The successful post holder will be responsible for their own caseload, and continuously providing a high standard of care and Occupational Therapy services. They will work with patients who have diverse and often extremely complex conditions, and it's therefore essential to have postgraduate experience in physical health.
Aspects of the full role will include:
- Assessing, planning and delivering patient centred care
- Facilitating timely discharge
- Maximising function and quality of life
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Experience of student and junior supervision
This post is advertised as Band 6-7 and the salary offered will be dependent on your skills and experience.
